Insurance & Refund Policy

Effective date: 3 June 2025

At Crazy Paintball Adventure, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. This page outlines our insurance coverage, optional upgrades, and refund and cancellation conditions for all our paintball activities and combo packs.

Insurance Coverage

All participants in our paintball games are covered by a Basic Personal Accident Insurance, which includes:

Minor injuries resulting from normal paintball activity
On-site first aid response
Transportation to a medical facility if needed (within coverage limits)

This coverage applies during all official game activities at both Albufeira and Portimão fields.

Optional Extra Insurance

For additional peace of mind, we offer an optional extended insurance that provides:

Higher compensation limits
Broader medical coverage
Ideal for cautious players or larger groups

You can select this option when submitting your booking request. Full policy details will be included with your booking confirmation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations and rescheduling work:

Standard Bookings

Full refund if cancelled 48 hours or more before your scheduled game.
No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Rescheduling is free of charge, subject to availability.

Weather Conditions

Paintball is playable in light rain. If the weather conditions make play unsafe or uncomfortable, we’ll offer to reschedule or issue a full refund.

Group & Event Bookings

For group packages (birthday parties, stag/hen dos, team-building), we ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Custom conditions may apply for large events or combo activity bookings.

Combo Activity Packs

If your booking includes electric karting, buggies, or a boat tour, please note:

Cancellation policies of our local partners may apply.
We’ll coordinate with them to offer fair rescheduling or refund options whenever possible.

A really fun place to be. Fernando is a cool guy, always there to instruct and take pictures and make us feel comfortable. Threw in a lot of stuff, on the house. The arena is huge, and with plenty of places to take cover. Would totally recommend!

Great experience at Portimão Field. Fernando looked after our family (ages 7 to 82), and everyone enjoyed the visit.

The equipment was high-quality and everything was spotless.

Don’t look anywhere else to go paint balling in the Algarve I went with my son and 13 mates for his stag do we were picked up right on time and transported to the venue Miguel the host welcomed us with a huge smile he made our day very very special his English was fabulous and the beers went down a treat.From start to finish our experience was the highlight of the stag.I cannot recommend this experience more highly

We went as a stag group and Miguel and his son were fantastic! Really enjoyable group experience and they got in on the fun. Drinks are very affordable which was great as it was a scorcher! The timing was great as another group was before us but everything ran on time so there was no waiting around for them to finish. Would definitely go again and would recommend to anyone, thank you Miguel!

My boyfriend and I went paintballing here this morning and we had the best time! The field was unreal – loads of good spots to hide and sneak around, felt like I was in an action movie!!! The staff were absolutely amazing, proper sound and up for a laugh the whole time. Such good vibes all round. 10/10 would 100% go again, we loved it!

10/10 activity, accommodates all group sizes aswell big and small as we were a group of 2 fitted with 2 other larger groups. Price is exceptional for the time spent playing. Pictures included in price plus a free t-shirt. Couldn’t ask for any better.

We had an amazing time during our family paintball day! We came with our two kids (aged 9 and 10), and it was the perfect mix of action, fun, and safety. The staff was super friendly and made sure everyone felt comfortable, especially the kids. The equipment was in great condition and the games were well organized. We all had so much fun. It was a great time. Miguel is friendly and helped accommodate our small group of 5 and talked about game play for a group of 40 just before us. We got some tees and extra ammo so have cash on hand or Revolut or PayPal. An awesome experience and recommend fitting it into your Albufeira vacation stay.

It was an awesome experience. The host Miguel is great . I was with my family including 3 kids , aged 8,6 and 4 . They enjoyed pretty much . The location is easy to track .
